    This site is about martial arts and fitness.  It's my personal site where you can read up on my ideas or those by which I follow the most.  From the four pictures above, you can see that I will information on Strength and Conditioning, and Jeet Kune Do, and my thoughts on Zen and the warrior path.
    With all the information that is out there, this will be a place where you can come to on a regular basis and find the straight forward information on the Path of a warrior.  At times I will discuss what is important for self-discovery, or I will dissect a certain weight-lifting or martial art technique. 
    I will also discuss my path through Chiropractic school, and share with you what health really means as I discover it myself.  So often we are inundated with misinformation regarding medication, and the current sick-care that modern medicine continually thrusts upon without teaching us how to be healthy.
